For all you Dolce Vita Bombshells flying overseas…
Like a great opera cast, all your pieces work seamlessly together. Tailored, structured, you will fit right in. Don’t forget the leather attaché for all those scores you’re conquering. Don’t forget the formal – a stunner for sultry scenes. Throw the black pumps and sleek sunglasss in the suitcase and you are ready to go.
For those in the Up-State, New England, Music in the Woods or on the Farm YAPs…
Remember, it can get chilly in the woods at night. Bring along that boyfriend/military jacket to throw over your tank and cropped khakis. Oh, and another thing… wedges. You’ll thank me for it later when you’re traipsing all over cobblestone and fields. Really knock ’em dead in performance with a formal that would make Ms. Kennedy Onassis proud.
And I didn’t forget all you lovely sun goddesses getting to spend your grueling YAP study time on the West Coast or on the beach…
Break out the bright colors and don’t forget the sunscreen. Dresses, tank tops, and shorts are all great options for warm climates, but make sure that you still look professional. Let your voice garner the attention – not those Debbie Does Dallas shorts you brought along.
Finally, you cannot go to the land of sun and stars and not wear a dress that kills. Think about it girls. Make your Sybaritic Singer proud.
